Nutrition, strength, and habits — built around your real life. Pick the level of structure and access you need. Every tier is a 3-month minimum because that's the floor for real change.

Track 02 — The Bio-Intelligent Protocol
GLP-1s work — but on their own, they often strip muscle, drain energy, and set you up to regain. This is the coaching layer I built to prevent exactly that. Open to anyone on a GLP-1, whether prescribed through Mon Petit Salon Et Spa or any other provider.

The most aggressive, personalized GLP-1 support I offer.

How It Works
We meet at Mon Petit Salon Et Spa or virtually. I learn about your goals, your history, and what's gotten in the way before — then I tell you honestly which track and tier are the right fit.
Foundation, Transform, or Concierge if you're not on a GLP-1. Essentials or Premier if you are. Every plan is a 3-month minimum because that's the window where real change happens.
Within 48–72 hours of starting, you'll have your protein target, your strength routine, your tracking system, and your check-in cadence locked in.
We check in on the cadence your tier sets. Side effects, energy, habits, wins, friction — we adjust in real time. No guesswork left for you to do alone.
When the system is yours, you don't need me anymore. That's the goal. You leave with the framework, the habits, and the confidence to keep it for life.
