This is not a meal plan. It's a muscle-protective, side-effect-prevention, exit-strategy coaching system built specifically for people on GLP-1s. Run by me — a Certified Nursing Aid and ISSA-Certified Health Coach with GLP-1-specific training.
Protein & Muscle Protection
GLP-1s can quietly strip muscle along with fat. I set a personalized high-protein target and help implement a simple 3-day-a-week strength routine designed to protect lean mass — so what you lose is fat, not the body underneath it.
Side-Effect Monitoring (CNA-led)
As a Certified Nursing Aid, I run a weekly check-in — virtual or by text — covering nausea, hydration, habits, and energy. Side effects get caught and managed early, instead of becoming the reason you quit.
Daily Tracking, Made Simple
You'll get access to an app to track protein and water intake — the two metrics that matter most on a GLP-1. No calorie obsession. Just the inputs that protect your results.

We meet at Mon Petit Salon Et Spa to discuss your goals, set realistic expectations, and decide whether GLP-1 alone or paired with The Bio-Intelligent Protocol is right for you.

Virtual Doctor Visit — $115
Scheduled separately with our medical provider. A one-time consultation fee that clears you for prescription.

Medication Ordered
Once approved, your Semaglutide or Tirzepatide is ordered and you begin your monthly protocol — with one dose increase already included.

Coaching Begins (Optional)
If you've added The Bio-Intelligent Protocol from the coaching page, your weekly check-ins, strength plan, and tracking begin alongside your first dose.

Sustain & Exit
When the time is right, I coach you through tapering off the medication while keeping the weight off — for life.
