Crepey neck and chest
“My neck is aging faster than my face.”
It usually is, and there's a reason. Neck and chest skin is thinner than face skin, has fewer oil glands to keep it supple, takes decades of sun, and gets almost none of the care we give our faces. Thin skin plus accumulated sun is exactly the recipe for crepe texture and mottled color, which is why the neck often shows both before the face does. Clients show me their necks while apologizing for them. Don't.
Every signature plan has a neck add-on for exactly this reason: Lumecca for the sun damage and mottled color, Morpheus8 for the crepe and early laxity, CO2 matched carefully to the thinner skin. Treating the face and ignoring the neck is how a line forms at the jaw, so I plan them together.

Neck skin responds more slowly than face skin, and heavy laxity or banding can be a surgical conversation. You'll know what's achievable and what isn't before anything is booked.

Probably not the right path
- Strong neck banding or heavy loose skin; that can be a surgical conversation
- You won't be able to keep the area out of the sun during treatment
- You expect the neck to respond as quickly as the face
- Melasma is the main concern; that needs a different approach
What a visit and recovery feel like
- The consult
- I look at color and texture separately, because sun damage and crepe often need different tools, and I plan the neck alongside the face so there's no line at the jaw.
- Lumecca
- A quick snapping sensation, usually very tolerable. Spots often darken and flake over several days; makeup can usually go back on at 72 hours.
- Morpheus8 and CO₂
- Both start with an hour of numbing. Neck settings are matched to the thinner skin. Morpheus8 is generally about two days of redness; CO₂ downtime depends on intensity.
- When you see change
- Neck skin responds more slowly than the face. Plan on judging results a few months after the series.
